Prospective Ph.D. and MS Students

You are encouraged to apply to related programs in the School of Computer Science at CMU, in particular, graduate programs at the Robotics Institute. In your application, please make sure to mention my name under faculty you are interested in working with. I also hire students in the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Departments. There is no need to email before the application deadline. If you would like to email me after you have submitted your application or after you have been admitted, please use the subject heading "Prospective Ph.D./MS Student" and include your CV/transcript, research experience, why you are interested in our lab, and other materials you want to share in the email.
